SKU Documents & Media
Attach product photos, Certificates of Analysis, QC reports, and compliance documents directly to each SKU. Control what your customers see on their QR trace page and what stays internal to your team.
What you'll need
- An active Meiver account (any plan)
- At least one SKU in your product catalog
- Read permission for the Documents module (Admins have this by default)
- Create permission to upload files; Delete permission to remove them

Option A — from the SKU list (quick upload):
Go to Uploads → Images in the sidebar. Each SKU row has an Add Images button (camera icon on mobile). Click it to open the upload modal for that SKU directly, without navigating away.
Option B — from the SKU detail page:
From Uploads → Images, click View on any SKU row to open its Media & Documents page. Then click the Add Images button in the top-right.
In either case, the upload modal will:
- Ask you to choose Public or Internal visibility.
- Accept image files (PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF — max 10 MB each).
- Let you drag & drop or click to browse, and queue multiple files at once.
- Show a real-time upload progress bar per file.
Upload documents (COA, QC Report, Compliance, and more)
From the SKU list (Uploads → Images): click the Add Documents button (document icon on mobile) on the relevant SKU row.
From the SKU detail page: click View on any SKU row, then click Add Documents in the header.
The document upload modal includes a Document type picker. Select the type that best describes the file before uploading:
Certificate of Analysis — lab test results proving product quality.
Quality control reports from internal or third-party inspections.
Regulatory compliance documents, certifications, and permits.
Any other document you want to store against the SKU.
Document types explained

Quality control reports from internal or third-party inspections.
Internal or third-party quality control inspection reports.
Regulatory compliance documents, certifications, and permits.
Regulatory certifications, safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS), import/export permits.
Any other document you want to store against the SKU.
Anything that doesn't fit the above categories — instruction manuals, spec sheets, contracts.
Control who sees each file
Every file has a visibility setting — Public or Internal. You set this when uploading, and can change it at any time from the file list.
Visible to your customers on the consumer QR trace page. Use for product photos, certifications, and any document you want end-consumers to see.
Only visible in your Meiver dashboard. Use for internal QC reports, raw lab data, supplier contracts, or any file your team needs but customers shouldn't see.
How to change visibility after upload
- Go to Uploads → Images in the sidebar and click View on any SKU row.
- In the file list, find the row you want to change.
- Click the Public or Internal badge in the Visibility column.
- It toggles instantly — no page reload needed.
Delete files & bulk delete
On the SKU detail page, click the Delete button at the right of any row (desktop) or the red trash icon on the file card (mobile). A confirmation dialog will appear before anything is deleted.
Check the checkbox at the left of one or more rows to select them. A floating action bar appears at the bottom of the screen — click Delete selected to remove all checked files in one go.
What your customers see on the QR page
When a customer scans a QR code on your product, they land on a consumer trace page. This page displays all files attached to the matching SKU and batch that are marked as Public.
