Verified, or it says so. Verification recomputes the current record's hash and compares it with what was written on-chain. If they match, the page says the integrity is confirmed. If they don't, it says a mismatch was detected. There is no third answer.

The stage screens are built for a shared tablet at the station: pick the stage, fill the fields you configured, save. Bulk actions let a user mark every stage — or every stage for one ingredient — in progress or complete at once. If someone can fill your current batch sheet, they can record a stage.
Yes. The QR opens a public web page in the phone's camera and browser. No app, no account, nothing to install — and the same page is what a retailer or auditor opens when they want the certificate of analysis for a lot.
Each SKU has one QR code pointing at that product's public page. The page opens on a batch and includes a batch lookup, so a shopper, retailer or auditor can switch to or search any other lot of the same product from the same code. That means your label artwork doesn't change every production run.
A cryptographic hash of the record is written to Polygon along with the network, transaction ID and timestamp. Later, anyone can recompute the hash of the live record and compare it to what's on-chain. If the record was altered, the check fails publicly. It's available on Pro and Enterprise.
Yes. Each facility or business unit is a separate entity with its own SKUs, batches, QR codes, branding and analytics, and you can scope a user's access to only the entities they should see. Free includes one entity, Pro three, Enterprise five.
