Book a demoDo we have to replace our current tools?
No. meiver runs alongside what you already use. On Pro and Enterprise, you can import SKUs, batches, stages and CoA templates by CSV, and export stage data, batch lists and analytics as CSV or JSON whenever needed.
Will our production team need a lot of training?
Recording a stage means opening it and completing the fields you configured. Bulk actions can mark every stage, or every stage for one ingredient, in progress or complete. New accounts also include sample products and batches, with setup guidance in the Help Center.
Do customers need an app to scan the QR?
No. The QR opens a public page directly in the phone browser with no app, login or sign-up. Retailers and auditors can use the same page to access available batch documents.
Do we need a different QR for every production batch?
No. Each SKU has one QR pointing to its public page. The page includes batch lookup, so people can search or switch to another batch using the same QR. Your label artwork does not need to change for every production run.
What does blockchain anchoring actually add?
A cryptographic hash of the record is written to Polygon with the network, transaction ID and timestamp. The hash can later be recomputed and compared with the on-chain record. If the record changed, the public check shows a mismatch. Anchoring is available on Pro and Enterprise.
Can we correct a record after it has been anchored?
Yes. Correct the record in the platform as usual. Re-anchoring must be handled by a meiver operator after reviewing the change, and closed or recalled batches cannot be re-anchored. This protects the meaning of the original anchor.
Can one account manage multiple factories or business units?
Yes. Each facility or business unit can be a separate entity with its own SKUs, batches, QR codes, branding and analytics. Users can also be restricted to specific entities. Free includes one entity, Pro three and Enterprise five.
What happens if we exceed our monthly batch limit?
On any paid plan, you can add capacity in blocks of 10 batches. Usage bars show the base limit, added capacity and remaining batches for the month.
Can our consumer page use our own domain?
Yes, on Enterprise. Add the required DNS records and your public pages can run from an address such as trace.yourbrand.com. Only the consumer-facing pages use your domain; the dashboard remains on meiver.
What happens if one batch needs to be recalled?
A recall is attached to the specific affected batch with its severity, active period and consumer message. The public page immediately displays a warning, and shoppers who opted in can receive recall alerts by email.
